At Eternal Trifecta, client trust and satisfaction guide every engagement we take on. This Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled across our services.
Custom Engagements
Our services, including the ET Growth Intelligence Audit, ET Intelligence Layer, and ET Growth Maturity Score, are custom engagements built around each client's specific business. Because of this, refund terms are agreed upon individually and outlined in your service agreement prior to the start of any engagement.
Cancellation Before Work Begins
If you choose to cancel before any work has commenced on your engagement, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund depending on the terms outlined in your specific service agreement.
Cancellation After Work Begins
Once work has commenced on an audit, build, or measurement engagement, fees corresponding to work already completed are non refundable. Any remaining unbilled portion of the engagement will be addressed according to your service agreement.
Quality Concerns
If you are not satisfied with a deliverable, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We are committed to working with you to address concerns and, where appropriate, will revise deliverables before considering any refund request.
Non Refundable Items
The following are generally non refundable:
- Completed audits, reports, or assessments already delivered
- Third party costs incurred on your behalf, such as software licensing or hosting fees
- Work completed prior to a cancellation request
