Refund Policy
At EternalTrifecta, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital services tailored to your needs. Due to the custom nature of our work, we have specific guidelines regarding refunds. Please read this policy carefully before engaging our services.
1. No Refunds on Completed Services
Once a service has been completed, delivered, and accepted, no refunds will be issued. This includes—but is not limited to—logo design, website development, social media marketing, or other creative or strategic services.
2. Eligibility for Partial Refunds
In certain limited cases, a partial refund may be issued under the following conditions:
The client cancels a project before significant work has started.
A deposit has been paid, but no deliverables have been shared or production work initiated.
Partial refunds are granted at the discretion of EternalTrifecta and are subject to deductions for administrative or consultation time already invested.
3. Non-Refundable Payments
The following are strictly non-refundable:
Deposits or retainers
Any completed phases of a project
Third-party expenses (e.g., domain registration, paid plugins, stock assets)
4. Quality Concerns
If you are unsatisfied with the quality of the work delivered, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. We will review your concerns and offer reasonable revisions in line with the scope of the original agreement. Refunds will not be considered based solely on subjective preferences once a project is delivered as agreed.
5. Service Cancellation
If you wish to cancel a project after work has begun, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. You will be billed for all work completed up to the point of cancellation. Any remaining balance after partial delivery must still be paid, as per the terms of your agreement.
6. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue will be considered a breach of this policy. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks with all available documentation, including signed agreements, email correspondence, and proof of completed work.
