1. Use of Our Services

EternalTrifecta offers design, development, and marketing services. By becoming a client, you agree to provide accurate project details and communicate clearly throughout the project. You are solely responsible for reviewing deliverables and providing feedback. Failure to respond within a reasonable time may be treated as acceptance of work.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any project at our discretion, particularly if it contains or promotes illegal, offensive, or unethical content.

2. Intellectual Property

All rights to content on this website (text, images, UI, branding, etc.) are owned by EternalTrifecta. Clients retain rights to the final product upon full payment but not to drafts or unused designs. EternalTrifecta retains the right to showcase non-confidential designs for portfolio or marketing purposes.

3. Eligibility

To register and engage with our services, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

4. Prohibited Activities

Clients must not engage in misuse of our platform, such as uploading malicious files, infringing on intellectual property, or using our service for deceptive or harmful purposes. We reserve the right to suspend access or take legal action if terms are violated.

5. Revisions & Feedback

Design and development services come with a specified number of revision cycles. Major changes are only accepted in early stages. Delays in feedback may result in delays or completion of the project as-is.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

• If a special package is selected
• If initial concepts are approved
• If multiple revision rounds are requested
• If the project is inactive for 10+ days
• For services like SEO, domain registration, hosting, or content writing
• If business circumstances change unrelated to our service

Refund claims must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and are subject to our discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

EternalTrifecta shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the service in question.

8. Privacy & Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and make reasonable efforts to protect client data. However, we cannot guarantee complete security of data transmitted via the internet.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes implies your agreement to the updated terms.
